 "Fine Dining" Midweek Meal

Preparing a delicious meal for my family is one of my favorite challenges.
I enjoy exploring the use of fresh ingredients. I am always up for the challenge of making "fine" foods. So here is one of my "Fine Dining" meal menus.

Balsamic Grilled Lamb Chops
Farm Fresh Arugula Salad
Yucca and Potato Puree
